A Poll

I’m happy to report that A Dog A Day has been running for 80 days. So far I’m really happy to have so many awesome regular readers. Thanks so much for dropping by and for your continued support. Now it’s my time to give something back. I want to know what it is that you want to read about. Of course, the photos will keep coming, I just want to focus my discussions more towards what you, the blog reader, wants to hear. Please complete this simple poll to let me know what you think. A Canadian Bassett Hound

Those of you keeping up with me will know that I’m currently on holidays in Canada. The blog has been running somewhat on autopilot while I’ve been away, but I’ve managed to take so many dog photos in the last week that I thought I should start posting them.

On the second day of our trip we arrived into the little town of Revelstoke to find a Spring Festival in full swing. The streets were closed off to cars so locals and visitors alike were enjoying walking and cycling through the main streets and many of them had their dogs with them.

Up until this week I’ve never had the opportunity to photograph a Basset Hound, so I’m glad I finally got the chance. I just love their short stumpy legs, long ears and sad, droopy eyes.
