I truly dread to think about how many miles Brendan and I are going to drive this year. This is our third big road-trip since December 2007. We really do find that this is the best way to see a country though, and we can’t wait to see a couple of new States and Provinces.
Zoe is once again going to enjoy her vacation at Camp Diggity Dogs. No doubt she’ll come home exhausted again from too much fun. This photo of Zoe was taken on the first occasion she had ever seen snow. I don’t think she much liked the cold on her paws, but she’ll go almost anywhere to chase a stick.

On your next road trip- you are taking me with you. I won’t take up much space in the backseat, I’d be happy to pass you gum and corn chips, I promise to be very quiet, I swear you won’t even know I’m there. I’ll even bring my gps. Where are we going? ;-)
Have a great roadtrip! Eastern Canada is beautiful!
Mia, Don said to say ‘Typical RAAFie - always on holidays’ LOL (he’s very jealous!) Have a great trip, looks wonderful - bet you’ll miss Zoe though. Stay safe.
Have a great roadtrip and hope you take lots of pictures!
Mia — May I recommend going through Cleveland if it’s not too late. (I grew up there so I know it well). It is a fabulous city with a fun waterfront and cool neighborhoods. Design*Sponge recently did an design guide article on Cleveland, so you know I’m not making this up…
