There is a universal truth about dogs in India. Wait for 30 seconds and you capture them having a good scratch. While I was over there I picked up a puppy (something which seemed to horrify my fellow travellers) and it was so infested with fleas that it was almost out of a horror movie. Next time I go, I think I’ll take a suitcase of flea treatment. Poor things.
